VibroEncode Privacy Policy
Effective 26 October 2026. Last updated 26 October 2026.
VibroEncode (“the app”) is made by VibroSomatics (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: we do not collect it.
What we collect
Nothing. VibroEncode has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no servers that receive your data. We do not know who you are or how you use the app.
What stays on your device
- Your audio files. Files you choose are processed on your device only. They are never uploaded.
- Your projects and settings. Saved projects, preferences, language and similar settings are stored in the app’s local storage on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them.
- Files you export. Exported audio and project files are saved where you choose, or handed to the app you pick in your device’s share sheet. We never see them.
- Your safety acknowledgement. When you accept the flashing-light notice, the app saves the time of acceptance on your device only.
Purchases
The optional one-time “Pro” unlock is sold through Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iOS). The store handles your payment and your payment details. We never receive your card or account details. The app asks the store whether your account owns Pro, so that a reinstall or a new device can restore it. That check is handled by the store under its own privacy policy.
Permissions the app asks for
- Notifications and foreground service: so audio can keep playing while the screen is off, with a playback notification.
- Wake lock: to keep playback running.
- Billing: to offer the Pro purchase.
The app does not use your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar or photos.
Links to other sites
The app has links to other VibroSomatics apps and to this policy. When you open a link, your browser or the other site may collect data under its own policy.
Children
VibroEncode is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Safety and health
VibroEncode produces audio that can drive flashing lights and shows flashing previews. Flashing light can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. VibroEncode is a creative tool, not a medical device, and gives no medical advice. See the in-app safety notice.
Security
Because your data stays on your device, its protection depends on your device’s own security (screen lock, encryption, backups). If you use your device’s backup, the app’s local data may be included in that backup, under the backup provider’s own terms.
Your rights
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. To remove everything the app stores, clear its data in your device settings or uninstall it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date. If a later version of the app collects data, this policy will be updated before that release.
